Loved Sintra, the hotel was well-maintained in center of town. The location was quiet and practical, only 5 minutes walk to an 11th century Moorish palace. It was also short walk to the castles and great restaurAnts, shops and train station. The breakfast in the traditional restaurant for dinner was delicious.

well-gardened patio, expansive terrace views, proximity to train station
The bathroom in my room felt outdated!!! Parking arrangements could use clearer guidelines!!! A complimentary refreshment option would have been appreciated, especially on arrival!!! Some aspects felt a bit neglected!!!

The location is perfect for exploring the area, and we loved the proximity to restaurants. We visited the Moorish Castle and enjoyed some mountain biking nearby. Breakfast was tasty, and Rui was helpful with suggestions!
The only downside was that our room was in the attic, and the ceilings were a bit low towards the edges.

The owner, Rui, goes above and beyond to, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and eateries. The room was not only spacious but also offered a lovely view of the Moorish Castle. Although I enjoyed my time , I wish the bathroom could use a little modernization. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sintra.
